'We were just goofing around!' Margot Robbie defends taking suggestive photographs with married star Will Smith
Margot Robbie and Will Smith’s close friendship came under scrutiny this week after photographs emerged of the married father of three and the young actress getting cosy in a photo booth.
In the pictures, published in Star magazine, the 23-year-old Australian actress lifts up her top to reveal her lacy white bra, as Will, 45, pulls up his own top, pressing his bare chest against her back.
However, Margot has taken to Twitter to deny any inappropriate behaviour between herself and her Focus co-star and insists the pair were ‘just goofing around’.
She wrote: ‘Been working non-stop, just catching my breath. There's absolutely no truth to the ridiculous rumor in Star mag...
‘...It's disappointing that goofing around on set could be taken so out of context (sic).’
'When we did our audition together, we had a natural chemistry,' Margot previously said of her co-star. 'I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.'

Will plays a professional grifter in Focus, who gets romantically involved with Margot's character after taking her under his wing.
Despite Margot’s insistence that the pair are merely friends, it’s been reported that the Independence Day actor ‘carried’ his co-star back to his trailer after taking the photos.
Claims that the photos were taken as part of the last day of production of the pair’s movie have now been shot down by an eyewitness.

According to the insider the night’s activities didn’t end there as Margo allegedly jumped on Will’s back and they headed off towards his luxury trailer, apparently skipping the wrap party that night:
They didn’t seem to care if anyone saw them do this. Then they took off, giggling, with her riding on his back and being carried, holding him tight with her head resting on his neck and back as they headed toward his trailer,’ the source claims.
Just days before the photos emerged, Will was busy playing family man, writing on his Facebook page that he would like to try to have another child with his wife Jade Pinkett Smith.
'Happy Birthday, Willow!' he wrote to his daughter on Thursday, Oct. 31. 'Our baby is 13 today. No more little ones in the house... I think I'm gonna get Jada pregnant tonight.'
The star's Facebook message is surprising as he and Jada, 42, haven't been photographed together since they were in New York City with their children on August 23.
And Jada has issued a few odd statements lately.
On October 23, she told the audience at the Associated Black Charities of Baltimore Girls’ Night Out Event, 'When you are going through a storm with your spouse... stop thinking about what you "believe" a husband or wife should be.'
‘I thought success would make me happy … It does not,' Jada also reportedly said.
But a source has attempted to stem the flurry of rumours, telling US Weekly on Wednesday: 'Everything with them is great.'
