Kate Winslet is once again in the hands of James Cameron after 'Titanic' but this time it will be in 'Avatar 2' where they shoot underwater again, although this time the effort of the actress has been much greater. Something that you can see in the image of Kate diving while she is recording the film and that you can see in the video.
James Cameron and Kate Winslet crossed paths for the first time in 1997 when the British woman was chosen to play Rose in 'Titanic', a role that catapulted her career. Now, more than 20 years later, they have returned to work together on the sequel to another of the filmmaker's great movie successes, 'Avatar 2'.
But there is a point of union between the two films that Kate has had to face again, recording surrounded by water. An experience that was not entirely pleasant since having to face hours and hours of filming in icy water is quite complicated.
But this time it seems even more difficult since her character is an underwater being, called Ronal, so she will not only be above the water, this time she will have to record below.
Now we have been able to see an image of Winslet in action rolling, which you have in the video above, where she appears with a wetsuit and with some kind of wings: "I had to learn to dive in apnea to play that role in Avatar, and It was just unbelievable. My longest stamina was 7 minutes and 14 seconds, it's crazy, crazy stuff."
