Katy Perry joked she had suffered an “unfortunate incident” when she split her trousers open on-stage.
The singer resembled a disco ball as she performed to celebrate the release of her new album Witness.
However, in the middle of one track the wardrobe malfunction took place.
“I’ve had an unfortunate incident near my hoo ha,” she told the crowd.
“I’m wearing underwear, don’t worry!”
She added: “I shouldn’t have said anything but the internet sees everything.
“I have a hole in my pants. letting it all hang out now. So OK.”
Witness is the star’s fourth album, and houses the singles Chained to the Rhythm, Bon Appetit and Swish Swish.
The latter was rumoured to be about Taylor Swift, but Perry has now said she wants to put their bad blood behind them.
“I forgive her and I’m sorry for anything I ever did,” she admitted.
“And I hope the same for her. There’s a lot of other things out there in the world that people need to be focused on.
“God bless her, honestly.”
