Margot Robbie says she felt insecure filming 'The Wolf of Wall Street' because she had to be "s-xy" all the time

Although the actress is considered one of the most attractive on the current scene, she does not have that opinion.

When Margot Robbie signed on with Martin Scorsese to appear in The Wolf of Wall Street she wasn't as well known as she is today. The actress could have been afraid of starring in racy scenes with Leonardo DiCaprio or not measuring up to a director like Scorsese, but what made her nervous was something else.

As she has acknowledged in an interview with Wonderland, via Independent, Robbie was afraid that people would not consider her beautiful enough to play that character:

When she played Naomi in The Wolf of Wall Street she had to be very s-xy all the time. She knew that in the script my character was described as "the s-xiest blonde in the world." And clearly I'm not the world's s-xiest blonde. She was afraid that people would see the movie and think 'Ugh, she's not that pretty'

Who was going to say it! It is not the first time that the actress complains about this type of role. When he gave life to Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, he declared that he did not like to wear s-xy clothes: "I eat hamburgers at lunchtime and then you are going to record a scene where you have a weapon and a soaked white T-shirt, which is sticky, and you are aware of that".
