Johnson also admits there were some "cringey" moments for her during production.
This is, hands down, my favorite Fifty Shades of Grey story so far. Dakota Johnson apparently went a little klepto on the set of her new movie.
According to a Q&Athe actress did with Glamour on Friday, a couple of things on the set walked off with her. First of all, she said she stole "a lot" of underwear from the wardrobe department.
"They were comfortable," she said when confessing her mini-crime. This is understandable. Truly comfortable panties are often impossible to find. Hopefully court officials have experienced bunched-up undies and tight elastic enough times to go easy on her, should she ever be prosecuted for this nefarious crime.
But that's not where her s-xy crime spree ends. She also happens to be in possession a flogger from the set. (A flogger is a tool used as a whip during BDSM s-x.) Don't even try to be judgey; if you starred in Fifty Shades of Grey, you would take one of those home, too. But where is this wonderful tool now? "It's in the garage with dust," she said. So cancel your fantasies about Dakota using it for "fun" parties at her home on the weekend.
When asked the million-dollar question about if there were any "cringey" moments filming s-x scenes, Dakota admitted there were "a lot" of them. She certainly can't mean the toast-eating scenethough, right?
Dakota also had some endearing things to say about cast mate Jamie Dornan. She called him "sweet, goofy, and charismatic," and also had high praise for his wife Amelia. "She's incredible. [A] beautiful, glorious woman."
Of course, she did say there was thing she would change about Christian Grey. "HUMOUR!" she exclaimed when asked what she would make different about her on-screen lover. Wouldn't we all love to see that guy lighten up a little?
