The star turned heads in a barely-there little black PVC mini number as she stepped out of Milan’s stylish Gracias Madre restaurant and almost took a tumble on her sky-high heels.
Luckily, boyfriend Bryan Tanaka was on hand to help the multi-platinum selling singer down the treacherous-looking stone steps.
Mariah’s £100,000 Hermes crocodile Birkin bag was offering more coverage to her curves than the dress, which was slashed to the hip with a flesh-toned panel that didn’t quite reach her cleavage and left her in constant danger of flashing rather more flesh than necessary.
The star was celebrating the end of her Caesar's Palace resideny in September.
Mariah underwent a body transformation last year after a rumoured gastric band surgery.
The star had struggled with her weight for some time, and took the drastic step at the end of her hugely successful Las Vegas residency.
The Mirror reported at the time: ”Mariah has always been proud of her curves, but this summer, as her Caesars Palace residency came to a close, and then she went on tour with Lionel Richie, she noticed it became harder to dance, and she was getting a lot more criticism online from body shamers.”
Mariah had previously lost around 5st on the Jenny Craig diet plan following the arrival of her twins Moroccan and Monroe.
“I never weighed myself. People will think I’m a liar but it’s true. . . I’m a big-boned girl, I’m tall, and so I always weigh more," she said at the time.
"I would tend to go, ‘Does this size dress fit me that I wore three years ago?’ I would go by what it looked like, how I felt."
Mariah and Bryan have been an item on-and-off since 2016 although they’ve known each other since 2006 when Bryan was first hired as a dancer for the - hitmaker’s live shows.

Mariah’s 1994 hit All I Want For Christmas Is You has become a Christmas classic. It’s the nation’s second-favourite Christmas song after The Pogues’ Fairytale Of New York and has, according to bookies, a 12/1 chance of making it to the top of the charts again this year.
