Days after the separation of Sean Penn and Charlize Theron, one of Hollywood's favorite couples, was confirmed, versions about the reason for the surprise breakup are still circulating.
At first it was barely known that the one who decided to end the relationship was the South African actress. The National Enquirer magazine, meanwhile, assures that the reason for this decision was due to an infidelity of the Bad Boy of Hollywood.
Apparently, Penn would have had an affair with none other than Fleur Van Eeden, the woman who acts as Theron's stunt double in the movie The Last Face.
Van Eeden at the time she recognized the attraction she felt for the actor upon meeting him. "He is very attractive despite his age."
The magazine adds that the closeness between the two bothered Theron a lot, including the controversial statements of her stunt double, who assured that the actor invited her to listen to "her most personal poetry of hers" from her.
"Charlize did not come. I was alone with Sean and some other colleagues. We offered Sean the cabin while the rest of us slept in tents, but he preferred to be with us," she recounted.
The Hollywood stars had gotten engaged last December, on a romantic trip to Paris, and it was speculated that they would marry this year.
This would not be the first time that Sean Penn ended a relationship due to infidelity. His marriage to Robin Wright, which lasted 14 years, ended for the same reason.
