If you thought you were uncomfortable watching Maisie Williams’ s-x scene in Game of Thrones, then spare a thought for the actress herself.
Williams, who plays Arya Stark, said she feels uneasy knowing the majority of her family tuned in to watch her character lose her virginity to Joe Dempsie’s Gendry.
She tweeted: “If u feel uncomfortable just know that my mother and my step dad and my 2 sisters and my 4 brothers have all probably watched this too.”
Clearly cringing at the thought, she finished: “Ahahakillmeehehe.”

Arya and Gendry slept together in episode two ahead of the Battle of Winterfell, with Arya telling him: “I want to know what it feels like before I die.”
The intim-te moment, which marked Williams’ first s-x scene on the HBO show, sparked concern among some viewers who questioned both her's and Arya’s age.
Arya is 18 while Williams, who was 11 when the show debuted, is 22.
Search for their ages spiked on Google, with HBO’s official Twitter account settling any questions by confirming Arya is 18 and listing all of the things teens in Westeros should have completed by that age, including having a “kill list” and ticking “at least three people” off of it.
Williams’ co-star Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark, posted a #NSFW toast after watching the scene. Referencing Easter she said: “In honour of Easter I guess Game of Thrones wanted the storyline to have a little Easter bunny hop hop hopping into that p****.”
Turner alerted Williams to the intim-te scene on first receiving the script, with Williams admitting she thought it was a prank by showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss who have previously fooled cast members with fake scripts.
