Besides the baby fat, her nose shape looks exactly the same over the years.

Scarlett doesn’t deny that she gets compliments for her b--bs and who can blame her?
The actress does have large bre-sts and while they do appear fuller in recent times, we believe it’s all thanks to the push-up br-s.
Judging from the “before” photo above, we don’t think they are implants.
Has Scarlett had a bre-st reduction surgery?
While we don’t think that Scarlett had a b--b job, there’s a chance that she’s had a reduction procedure.
In these photos, her cleavage and bust size does look very different. Although her weight fluctuations may have played a role, the differences seem too much.
Some women do get back pains because of their bre-st size and we think this could be what’s happening with Johannson.
