Natalie Portman dons casual ensemble on set of Dior commercial in Sydney - before her body double steps in to film kissing scenes for the Oscar-winner
Natalie Portman is currently in Sydney filming the next installment of the Thor film franchise.
But on Wednesday, the Oscar-winner turned her attention to filming a commercial for French luxury brand Christian Dior.
The 39-year-old, who is an ambassador for the house, was seen on set dressed in a sheer white blouse, teamed with black trousers.
The actress appeared to be in full makeup with a flawless base, bold eye liner and dramatic lashes.
She wore only white bathroom slippers as she made her way down the steps of the terrace property they were filming in.
Also arriving on the set was her body double, a brunette actress who looked almost indistinguishable from the Black Swan star.
The stand-in actor was seen making her way to the set in a very relaxed outfit, she opted to go braless in a white singlet with relaxed boyfriend jeans.
She teamed her look with Birkenstock sandals and carried a canvas tote on her shoulder.
Natalie's body double was spotted checking in with production staff who had bottles of hand sanitiser and face masks on-hand.
As a makeup artist checked in with the set staffer, the body double made her way back to a trailer for hair and makeup.
She was directed by another production worker to another nearby area to prepare for her scene.
Later, Natalie was spotted making her way inside the property to film her scenes.
A member of the production team used an umbrellas to shield the couture gown being worn by the No Strings Attached star.
But as Natalie entered the set, the umbrella was taken down too early and revealed the stunning, long, frock.
The strapless dress appeared to be made of a sheer, dusty pink fabric that was embroidered with flowers.
Already inside the property was her love interest, a ruggedly handsome man who waited by a window, dressed in a white button-down shirt and black slacks.
While waiting for action to be called, he prepared to turn up the heat by unbuttoning his shirt for the take.
Inside, Natalie and her hunky co-star filmed a romantic scene before her body double stepped in to take over the moment they kiss.
After filming, the Jackie actress was seen leaving the set, dressed in a different, loose-fitting white shirt with black trousers.
She had on a pair of chic black sunglasses and carried a black cross-body bag.
The Hollywood superstar is in Sydney with her husband Benjamin Millepied, 43, and their children: son Aleph, nine, and daughter Amalia, three.
Natalie has been spending time in NSW, and has gone largely unnoticed as she fits in easily with the laid-back locals in trendy areas like Byron Bay and Bondi Beach.
She was also spotted arriving at Sydney's Fox Studios earlier this month as Thor: Love and Thunder heads into pre-production.
The film will see Natalie's character, astrophysicist Jane Foster, take up the mantle of Thor after transforming into a female version of the Norse god.
Natalie appeared in 2011's Thor and the 2013 sequel Thor: The Dark World.
But, much to the disappointment of fans, skipped 2017's Thor: Ragnarok.
