Apparently the relationship between Miley Cyrus and Pérez Hilton has not improved much now the blogger published a photo in which Miley is seen passionately kissing what appears to be a statue of a baby with a scarred face.
"This is like #Herpes. It's the gift she keeps on giving," Hilton captioned the picture.
Miley and Pérez Hilton have been involved in several scandals, the first was in 2010 when he published a very controversial photo of Miley, then came several dimes and direties on Twitter and even a threat from the actress to "kick Hilton's butt".
So far Miley has not made any statements regarding this controversial photograph, this may be because she is somewhat busy with reaching 13 million followers on Twitter.
Miley's latest tweets were focused on her fans and her support to reach the goal of followers on the social network and thus publicize the title of her new album.
