Basic Instinct scene is most-paused
Sharon Stone's infamous leg-crossing scene in Basic Instinct has been named the most-paused "blink and you'll miss it" moment in movies.
The scene - in which she is apparently not wearing underwear - caused a sensation when the film was released in 1992.
It topped the poll of must-see moments for movie subscription service Lovefilm.
Second in the list of clips which were popular on pause was a flash of Jennifer Lopez's n-ked bottom in 2010 film The Back-Up Plan.
The list also includes a number of geeky moments including fans trying to spot a Stormtrooper whacking his head in Star Wars (ranked third). A brief appearance by video game character Pacman during the original 1982 Tron movie was ninth.
Fourth place went to Trading Places and the scene where Jamie Lee Curtis flashes, fifth to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, for the moment when Jessica Rabbit appears to be wearing no underwear, sixth to Fight Club, when Brad Pitt flashes briefly in hospital and seventh to Iron Man 2 - when Captain America's shield appears on a desk.
Eighth spot went to a scene in The Lion King in which the letters S.F.X. appear in dust - a reference to the special effects used in the animation process.
