Douglas, between s-x and addiction

He also talked about the problems overcome with Catherine Zeta-Jones

In addition to talking about his relationship with Catherine Zeta-Jones, in a recent interview, actor Michael Douglas recalled the s-xual controversies he has faced during his career.

The Hollywood star gave an interview to the Daily Mail in which he explained that his addiction to s-x is a subject that has haunted him for years, but it isn't even, since it was classified as such by a British tabloid, without foundation .

"I had an alcohol problem...Basic Instinct had just come out and I don't remember which clever editor was in London, but they came up with the 's-x addiction' thing. It became a new disease. No one had heard of it. this until then, but it stayed with me and still comes up from time to time."

Touching on the subject of throat cancer that he faced, Douglas recounted that after facing the disease he appreciated everything that he had in his life much more.

He also recalled his statements from 2013, when he said that oral s-x caused his throat cancer.

"What I was trying to say is that there is a s-xually transmitted virus called HPV (Human Papilloma Virus), but there is a vaccine that they recommend to all children before they are s-xually active so they don't get it, because it causes certain types cancer - cervical, tongue and throat. I was trying to make a public service comment," he said.

Douglas was most sorry for the embarrassment it caused his family.

And when touching that subject, the actor explained that he was able to fix the situation with Catherine Zeta-Jones. "We had a little bump in the road. The problem in this business is that everything is very public. I love Catherine and luckily the feeling is mutual. We worked things out - if you both want to fix something and make it better, you can. You can't if it's only one person".

In the interview he also talked about a time when he was able to hang out with George Harrison, Bob Dylan and his dog.

Douglas recently joined the world of superheroes as he participated in the film "Ant-Man."
