Charlie Sheen would have paid an ex-girlfriend to withdraw her complaint for exposing him to HIV

Charlie Sheen would have paid $120,000 to an ex-girlfriend who sued him in 2017 for having exposed him to contracting HIV when the actor knew of his diagnosis.

It was in 2011 when Charlie Sheen was diagnosed with HIV. However, it was news that took time to reach public opinion, since the actor from 'Two and a Half Men' wanted to keep it a secret then.

He did not make it known until 2015, in an exclusive interview on NBC's Today program. When he revealed it, he then said that he had kept it hidden so that no one could threaten him upon learning of his situation.

Two years later, in 2017, a woman who identified herself as the actor's ex-girlfriend, assured that she had had unprotected s-x with the actor when he learned of his diagnosis. She signed a complaint as Jane Doe, and, according to her version, said relations had taken place in 2015.

Initially, Charlie Sheen's name did not appear on these papers, which referred to a "confidential name" to protect his identity. However, the complainant later added that the man she was accusing had revealed his state of health on television on November 17, 2015, when Charlie Sheen did so. In the complaint, she also claimed that the actor did not inform her of his medical situation before having s-x, and that he did so only afterwards, offering her medication to prevent transmissions.

The legal documents to which the medium has accessed, and which include the agreement between both parties, have been presented to the Los Angeles County Supreme Court.

In the details of this agreement, they have signed that said amount will be paid by Charlie Sheen in monthly payments of $10,000 for one year. In the same way, TMZ tried to contact the actor and his environment, without finding a response yet.
