Last Saturday a new product appeared on the Goop website -the actress's brand- in the "fragrances and candles" section, with the following description: "This candle was born as a joke between perfumer Douglas Little and Paltrow. The two were working on a fragrance, and upon smelling it, Gwyneth said the scent was the same as her private parts." The candle quickly became one of the most purchased, and it sold out in a matter of hours. In this sense, from the site they assure that soon there will be more units available, and they ask for patience due to the collapse of sales.
The fragrance is described as "fun, beautiful, sexy and wonderfully unexpected" and costs $75. As for the ingredients, according to The Sun newspaper, its creator affirms that it is a mixture of geranium, citrus bergamot and cedar juxtaposed with damask rose and ambrette seeds. In turn, he comments that the aroma is an invitation to fantasy and seduction.
This is not the first time that the actress and businesswoman surprises with the products that she incorporates into her brand: last year she added jade eggs to her catalog. This aroused controversy because they are used in Taoist sexual yoga practices to help strengthen and tone the pelvic floor muscles and increase female pleasure.
