Nicki Minaj left mortified as her top flies open on stage at Made In America festival
The singer accidentally gave an eyeful to the 50,000-strong crowd in Pennsylvania
Nicki Minaj was left mortified last night when her top flew open on stage at a US festival.
The singer, 35, was the first female rapper to ever headline Made In America, but her performance soon became memorable for very different reasons.
The star was belting out her hits when her plunging velvet dress burst open on stage, causing her to accidentally flash the 50,000-strong crowd.
Proving to be a professional, Nicki immediately pulled her outfit back into place as she continued her choreography with ease.
The singer, wearing a bright orange hairpiece and glittery boots, seemed to delight fans with the remainder of her set at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Pennsylvania.
Nicki headlined the event, which centres around hip-hop and EDM, alongside Post Malone, Diplo and Meek Mill.
The appearance comes after Nicki cancelled the North American leg of her tour with Page Six reporting ticket sales had gone "down the drain".
But the Super Bass hitmaker insisted she simply had no time to rehearse after pushing her new album back by two months.
Queen, Nicki's fourth record, came out earlier this month, but its release was surrounded by more drama when it failed to knock Travis Scott's album Astroworld off the top of the Billboard 200.
The rapper soon took to Twitter to accuse his girlfriend Kylie Jenner of influencing his sales, after plugging the record to her 113million Instagram followers.
She wrote: "I put my blood seat & tears in writing a dope album only for Travis Scott to have Kylie Jenner post a tour pass telling ppl to come see her & Stormi. lol.
“Im actually laughing. Queen broke the record of being number 1 in 86 countries. Thank Jesus & thank you to my fans.”
Travis and Kylie did not respond to her comments, but it was claimed the pair were moved to seats far away from Nicki at the VMAs.
