Both Aniston and Sandler expressed interest in doing a movie with all three of them together, in order to put an end to any supposed competition. Sandler mentioned that there's no competition, just two great actresses and it would be amazing to do a movie with all of them together.
Apart from the upcoming sequel to Murder Mystery, Sandler has also acted alongside Aniston in the 2019 predecessor of the film, as well as in the romantic comedy Just Go with It in 2011. Meanwhile, Sandler has starred with Barrymore in The Wedding Singer (1998), 50 First Dates (2004) and Blended (2014).
During the ceremony where Sandler received the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor at the Kennedy Center, Aniston and Barrymore performed a routine where they took turns sharing all things Sandler has done for each of them over the years. The routine ended with the two actresses joking that they will appear together in a movie without Sandler.

Barrymore has also voiced her support for starring alongside Sandler in another movie, mentioning that of all the people she has co-starred with in films and TV shows, he stands out. She expressed that she wants to make movies with him forever and they recently talked on the phone about possibly collaborating again.
Overall, it seems that the idea of all three of them starring in a movie together is a possibility and something that both Aniston and Sandler are interested in. Whether or not this idea comes to fruition remains to be seen, but it's clear that all three of them have a strong friendship and appreciation for one another's talent.
