If you see her on the street, better stay away.
Being a world-class superstar can be considered a great wonder, however, if you value your private life more than anything, then being a celebrity becomes a great challenge.
Beyond the millions earned and famous friends, stardom brings with it something pretty nasty: bullying from the public. So to protect herself, Jennifer Lawrence will do the impossible. Even become the rudest diva in Hollywood.
The 27-year-old actress isn't afraid to accept that she's pretty rude to fans when she's out in public, which she recently explained to Variety. "Once she's in a public place, I become incredibly rude," she revealed. "I turn into a big idiot. That's the only way to defend myself."
Lawrence explained that the problem with living on screen is that people "just assume they're your best friends."
JLaw gave a clear example of the difficulties that she usually goes through when she wants to lead a normal life. "I take my dog to the park all the time, to Central Park. As soon as I run into Amy [Schumer] in the park, we're f-----g," the mother! star revealed.
This isn't the first time Lawrence has defended her street toughness in front of fans. In November 2016 she also explained to Variety, "You may think you know me, but when you get close to me, you're a complete stranger to me, and she scared me."
She added, "I'm very protective of my space. It took me a long time to be able to do that. But if I'm having dinner, and someone walks up, and I see an iPhone camera flash, I'm very rude to that person. So other people in the restaurant he'll see me and be like, 'Oh, hell, I don't want to do that.' Privacy is a full-time job, and I've worked really hard at it."
