Prince Harry appears to have revealed his plans for his connection with the royal family. The younger son of King Charles III spoke with Dr Gabor Maté and explained why he left the royal family. He also discussed his future plans and whether he intends to reunite with the Firm.
According to Harry, he always felt different from the rest of his family and felt uncomfortable being in the royal "container." He stated that his wife helped draw him out of that world, saying "My wife saved me. I was stuck in this world, and she was from a different world and helped draw me out of that."
Many royal fans and commentators are speculating that Harry will not return to the family as he never felt happy or comfortable there, and felt isolated. This statement comes despite an olive branch extended by King Charles III, who officially invited Meghan and Harry to his and the Queen Consort's coronation this spring.
While a spokesperson for the couple confirmed that they received "email correspondence" about the coronation, no decision has been made public about whether they will attend. It is rumored that if they do attend, they will not participate in any royal processions or appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace alongside other working royals.
