A TikTok user named @klarissa.mpeg shared a text exchange with a friend who claimed to have hosted the pair at an unnamed restaurant in the city.
The friend wrote that Selena and Zayn arrived hand in hand and were making out, which has fueled the rumors even more. Representatives for the singers have not yet commented on the rumors.
Fans have also noticed that Selena recently followed Zayn on Instagram, and she is one of only 18 accounts that he follows. This comes after a red carpet moment from the early 2010s resurfaced in which Selena revealed that she would want to kiss Zayn if she had to choose a member of One Direction.
Selena was recently spotted with Drew Taggart of The Chainsmokers at a bowling alley in January, but she quickly shut down rumors of a romance with a since-deleted Instagram post. She also posted a TikTok video in which she joked about still searching for her crush.
Zayn, on the other hand, has not publicly dated anyone since his split from model Gigi Hadid in October 2021. The couple, who share a 2-year-old daughter named Khai, had been together since 2015.
