She played in her first TV movie in 1999, then made appearances in several successful series such as Angel, Emergencies, FBI: Missing Persons, Cold Case and Las Vegas. But it was the Mad Men series that really kicked off her career in 2007, her role as secretary in a New York advertising agency was immediately noticed and appreciated by the public and even earned her a nomination as Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at the Emmy Awards multiple times. In 2010, we find her in the romantic comedy Bébé mode d'emploi, in 2011 alongside Ryan Gosling in Nicolas Winding's thriller Refn Drive. Since then, she continues to play supporting roles.
In addition to his talent, it is his physique, atypical for the formatted environment that is Hollywood, which earned him the sympathy of the public and his fame. Not hesitating to highlight her curves, she denotes most of the other actresses with less generous shapes and was elected in 2010 "the sexiest woman in the world" by the American magazine Esquire. Her other signature is her red hair which she adopted at the age of 10 when she was blonde from birth.
Since 2009, she has been married to actor Geoffrey Arend, alongside whom she appeared in an episode of Body in Proof in 2011. In October 2019, she announced the couple's separation on Instagram.
