According to royal expert Tessa Dunlop, who was promoting her book Elizabeth & Philip: A Story of Young Love, Marriage and Monarchy, Harry may face a challenging time at the historic royal event without Meghan by his side.
Dunlop suggested that Harry appeared stressed during his last public reunion with the royal family and that he seemed uncomfortable in his skin when he was helping Meghan into the car after Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in September 2022.
Dunlop went on to say that the royals were initially concerned about providing security for Meghan before news broke that she would not be attending the coronation. She explained that they were worried about the potential response from the public and the cost of the security required to protect Meghan.
Overall, it seems that Harry will be attending the Coronation alone, and his wife's absence may significantly impact him. The Duke will have to navigate the event without the support of his partner, which could prove to be challenging.
