At the launch of her new lower-calorie alcohol line Delola, Jennifer Lopez shared some basic tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

The actress emphasized that a healthy lifestyle is all about self-care, which includes regularly working out, taking care of your skin, and getting enough sleep and water. Lopez also stressed the importance of meditating and taking care of your mind, body, and soul.

She explained that whenever she feels tired or off, she always goes back to the basics to check if she's neglecting anything. She mentioned that it can be challenging to keep up with the basics regularly, especially when life gets busy, but if we neglect one thing, it can lead to more things going wrong.

Lopez launched her new ready-made spritzes, Delola, on Tuesday, which will hit stores, restaurants, and bars in April. She hopes that her lower-calorie alcohol line, along with her basic self-care tips, will help people maintain a healthier lifestyle.
