Meghan Markle has come under criticism from Megyn Kelly for allegedly
injecting the issue of race into the conversation and causing a "racial
firestorm" around the royal family.
According to Kelly, during Markle's interview with Oprah Winfrey, the Duchess of Sussex raised the issue of race and made false claims about the royal family not giving Archie a title because he was part-black.
Markle had claimed during the interview that an unnamed member of the family had expressed concern about the skin tone of her unborn baby, Archie.
While she did not reveal who was involved in those conversations, she stated that there were "concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he was born."
These allegations have sparked a racism scandal around Buckingham Palace and have caused significant controversy.
