The statement stated that "The Duke of Sussex will attend the Coronation Service at Westminster Abbey on 6th May" while "The Duchess of Sussex will remain in California with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet."

Previously, Morgan had made a snide comment about the Royal couple when they failed to confirm their attendance even after the RSVP date had passed. He said that if Harry and Meghan "still haven't decided" whether to attend the Coronation, then King Charles should delay it until they find room in their busy schedules.
