The Duke of Sussex's attendance had been deemed unlikely due to the strained relationship between father and son in recent months. However, Buckingham Palace confirmed on April 12 that Harry would be present at the historic event.
Sources close to Prince Harry have revealed that he actually arranged for "peace talks" with Charles before confirming his attendance. The Telegraph's report confirms that there were positive conversations between the two before the official announcement was made.
While it seems that Harry is making efforts towards reconciling with Charles, the same cannot be said for his relationship with Prince William. The report states that William was not part of the peace talks and has not spoken to Harry.
It's worth noting that Harry's relationship with his older brother appears to have hit rock bottom since the release of his memoir, "Spare," in which he made explosive claims about William, including alleging that William physically assaulted him.
