In his memoir, Prince Harry expressed his regret over not having a close
friendship with his grandmother's sister, Princess Margaret, as they were both
considered "spares" in the royal family.
He mentioned that as he grew older, he realized they had a lot in common, such as the simmering rivalry and intense competition that comes with being the younger sibling.
He also noted that Aunt Margo, as he affectionately called her, shared similarities with his mother, Princess Diana, in terms of their rebellious natures and being labeled as sirens.
Unfortunately, Princess Margaret passed away on February 2, 2002, leaving behind a missed opportunity for a close relationship with Prince Harry.
