According to royal biographer and author Christopher Andersen, Prince
Harry and Meghan Markle have been warned that attending the Coronation does not
guarantee acceptance from the rest of the family.
Andersen stated that it's a 'lose-lose' situation for the couple, as there's a high likelihood that they will be sidelined and visibly shunned if they attend.
However, if they don't attend, it could be perceived as Harry turning his back on his birthright and the royal family.
Andersen further commented that it's tragic that both sides have allowed things to deteriorate to this point, and that there is too much bitterness and too many bridges burned for them to be embraced by the rest of the family.
