Kaitlin Davies has cautioned that unless there are exceptional circumstances, the Duke may not be able to hold a Green Card or become a US citizen if he formally admits to using cocaine.
Davies further stated that if Prince Harry ever tells an immigration officer that he has taken illegal drugs in the past, he may be deemed ineligible for a visa.
In his memoir, Prince Harry revealed that he used cannabis regularly and tried cocaine on several occasions when he was a teenager.
He stated that he was willing to try almost anything that would alter the pre-established order, and while the cocaine did not make him feel happy, it did make him feel different, which was his main objective.
It is important to note that Prince Harry's revelations in his memoir about his past drug use will not be considered "formal" until he makes them under oath.
