Prince Harry is not kind to the British crown. By multiplying the revelations about his family history in the media, the Duke of Sussex continues his progressive detachment from the kingdom and his role as prince.
Since stepping down from public engagements, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have been living in the United States. Since then, they have only been seen alongside other members of the royal family on rare occasions, such as at the respective funerals of Phillip or Queen Elizabeth II.
Will he be present at his father's coronation? Becoming King Charles III on the death of his mother Elizabeth II, Harry's royal father will be officially enthroned on May 6 at Westminster Abbey. Before his interview on the British channel ITV, the intentions of the king's son were not known. In full promotion of his book the Substitute, the Duke of Sussex has finally answered the question that everyone is asking.
"There are a lot of things that can happen by then. But the door is always open, the ball is in their court," he told reporter Tom Bradby in front of the cameras. He also clarified that he would have "a lot to talk about and I really hope they're willing to sit down and talk about it."
It seems that he is not yet able to decide once and for all. On the contrary, he would expect a gesture of reconciliation from his family, while the publication of his memoirs serves more as a new blow to the image of the royal family.
