King Charles Responds to Meghan and Harry's Car Chase

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry recently experienced a harrowing car chase with paparazzi while in New York.

However, the couple has not heard from King Charles and other senior members of the royal family following the incident. This lack of contact has reportedly left the couple feeling disappointed.

A friend of King Charles recently shared the monarch's perspective on the incident with The Daily Beast through GB News.

The friend stated that while Charles could empathize with Harry's fear and upset about being pursued by paparazzi, he has always tried to encourage Harry to avoid complaining about photographers or the media. The friend explained that Charles believes such complaints only make the situation worse.

Last Wednesday, a spokesperson for the couple issued a statement about the car chase, describing it as a "near catastrophic" experience that lasted over two hours. The pursuit resulted in several near collisions with other drivers, pedestrians, and two police officers from the New York Police Department.

Despite the seriousness of the situation, Meghan and Harry have yet to receive any public support or communication from members of the royal family. The couple's disappointment in this lack of support is understandable, given the severity of the incident and the potential emotional toll it may have taken on them.
