The argument started after Meghan made a comment about Kate having "baby brain" due to her recent pregnancy. Kate was offended and told Meghan that they were not close enough for her to talk about her hormones.
In the book, Harry recalls how impressed Meghan was when she first saw the Cambridge's home. He wrote that as they made their way through the house, Meghan repeatedly said "wow."
Harry also noted that he and Meghan felt sheepish about their own furniture and decor compared to the Cambridges' tasteful furnishings.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex traveled to Kensington Palace in London in June of 2018 to clear the air with William and Kate over a cup of tea. Harry described the visit as a success, and they all moved on from the disagreement.
