The Duchess of Sussex, aged 41, left her $15 million California home and went for a 40-minute hike with her friends Markus Anderson and Heather Dorak.
Meghan was dressed casually for the occasion, wearing a navy blue top, activewear bottoms, and brown hiking shoes. She had a forest green jacket tied around her waist and wore a Panama hat, a scarf, and large-frame sunglasses as accessories.
Prince Archie, who had just turned four, and his one-year-old sister Princess Lilibet did not accompany their mother on the hike.
Meghan's decision to stay in California instead of attending the coronation was in line with her desire to protect her privacy, as royal biographer Omid Scobie explained on ITV’s This Morning.
The absence of Prince Harry and their children made Meghan's appearance on the hike a rare one. Nonetheless, she seemed to enjoy her time outdoors and looked relaxed and peaceful.
