The individual, a 29-year-old named Kevin Garcia Valdovinos, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor stalking after being spotted by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's security personnel lurking near their Montecito property in the dead of night.
At the time Valdovinos was noticed, it remains unclear whether Harry, Meghan, and their two children, four-year-old Archie and one-year-old Lilibet, were present in the residence.
Interestingly, Harry and Meghan were actually in New York City on Tuesday evening attending the Ms. Foundation awards. During the event, the Duchess was honored with the 2023 Women of Vision Award in recognition of her remarkable advocacy work for women.
Unfortunately, this incident isn't the first time that King Charles III's younger son, Harry, and his daughter-in-law, Meghan, have encountered a potential intruder. Previously, another individual trespassed on their property on Christmas Eve, resulting in a warning being issued.
