Prince Harry is facing criticism from experts who believe he is being too
open and transparent in his desire to reveal the truth about everything.
According to cultural commentator and Sky News contributor Nicholas Sheppard, the Royal family's appeal lies in the speculation and intrigue surrounding them.
Sheppard argues that the public is drawn to the titillating semi-insights and gossip that surrounds the royals, and that this only works if at least some of the reality remains obscured.
However, Prince Harry has gone against this trend, with Sheppard stating that he has revealed practically everything without irony or filters.
As a result, much of the inner workings and drama of the royal family have been revealed, and have come across as benign.
