Speaking about Prince Harry's departure from the ceremony, Russell Myers commented on the situation during an interview with Lorraine, saying that they had expected him to leave quickly but he was gone for almost 24 hours.
Myers also mentioned that while Prince Harry did have the excuse of his son's birthday to fly back for, it was still very telling that he left so soon.
Myers went on to say that it's a shame that things have turned out the way they have, and that if it weren't for the acrimonious departure from the Royal Family, Prince Harry could have been given a more prominent role at the coronation.
He may have even been able to attend the reception and have his photo taken for the official portrait.
The expert suggested that there are probably regrets on both sides, and it's a shame that things couldn't have been handled differently.
While Prince Harry was at the coronation, his wife Meghan Markle and their children stayed in California and likely watched the ceremony on TV.
