According to Tom Sykes, a writer for the Daily Beast and a friend of Harry's, William and Kate's increasing importance in the institution means that their views on Harry, which seem to be "the further away the better," will have to be taken into account.
Daniela Elser, a royal expert, also predicted in her column for that William and Kate's antipathy towards Harry could prevent any chance of extending an olive branch to him. She also noted that Harry's brief visit during the coronation may have escalated the situation further.
Despite the weight of the event, Elser suggests that the coronation did not change anything. She believes that Charles, the "eternal pacifist," will eventually want to sort out the mess with Harry and find some peace with him, despite William's objections.
However, for now, it seems that William and Kate hold a lot of power in the royal family and Harry is becoming more and more isolated.
