According to royal biographer Angela Levin, Prince Harry's decision to
delay his attendance at the coronation was because he and Meghan Markle were
focused on where they would be seated.
Levin explained that Meghan decided not to attend the coronation because she felt that the seat offered to her was not suitable for a Duchess.
Additionally, the author clarified that Meghan's absence was not due to her son Archie's birthday, which happens to coincide with the coronation of King Charles on May 6.
It should be noted that King Charles ascended to the throne following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth, in September of last year.
