Meghan absolutely uses his mental health issues against him when she's ready to, and no doubt will be collecting an increasing amount of evidence to utilize when necessary.
But Charles isn't that stupid. If Harry needs help, I'm sure Charles will pay for a rehab facility in the UK to care for him for several months. Charles is not going to pay out to this woman ever. I realize that he works seriously hard to avoid any conflict.
Meghan Markle is setting Harry up to look paranoid, unhinged, drunk, and drugged, angry, etc., because she's fattening him up for divorce. The car chase, the pap paranoia, the litigation. Harry, the delusional messiah, a free press avenger, isolated, no friends.
He draws and rants and raves all day, doesn't have a job. The useless, bitter spare, an outcast to the family, etc., and so on. Harry is unhinged, violent, paranoid, a drug addict. He catastrophizes the car chase and is determined to end the First Amendment. He's losing his hair plugs.
I fear he'll harm me, the children, himself. He's terrorized the staff; the nannies all quit. The children locked themselves in the safe room a week ago with nothing.

Earlier, British socialite and author Lady Colin Campbell had claimed that Harry is in contact with a divorce lawyer. The OK magazine quoted Lady Colin as saying, "There have been problems in the marriage, supposedly for some time." The problem is that the information doesn't necessarily match up with the public face, but of course, their public face is, to an extent, slapped on for monetary gain.
The royal author further claimed that Prince Harry had called in the lawyer some months ago. In April, psychic John Hughes also claimed, "I am not going to predict now that they will split within 18 months. The wedding didn't seem right; there was too much negativity about it."
