While Harry was left feeling all confused thanks to the quick-witted Andrew Green across the Atlantic, Heritage Foundation, a think tank in Washington, was arguing in court at the same time that there is intense public interest in finding out if Harry received treatment that was almost as special as he believes he is during his visa application process.
The Department of Homeland Security is the department responsible for the application, and they have claimed they couldn't find the application or that the Freedom of Information Act simply doesn't apply to the request for documents, as a person's Visa status is supposed to be confidential.
But the foreign policy advisor for the think tank has said that a key factor here has been Harry's Memoir and his Revelations about his own drug use. He's put it all out there. Let's just see whether or not that matches what he put on his immigration application, because if it doesn't, that's perjury, that's a criminal offense. Sam Dewey is the lawyer who is representing the Heritage Foundation, and he said in court, 'This is obviously a case about the Duke of Sussex.
What this case is truly about is the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Homeland Security's compliance with the law.' The presiding judge, Judge Nichols, has given Homeland Security until tomorrow, June 12, to expedite the request or respond to the request.
So with all of this happening, why in the world was Harry doing his best to make sure that not only did MGM get a good splattering from his BS spreading, but also that the king and the government were subjected to it too? Was he just trying to be malicious or forgetful when he referred to the king as HRH or rather, point it's a lie to a man who waited his whole life to be king?
Did Harry have a good reason to break Royal Convention of not sticking his nose into politics by attacking the Rock Bottom British government, as he called it, which he claimed was scared of alienating the Press? Well, let's just see what Harry had to say on this. Harry said, 'On a national level, at the moment, our country is judged globally by the state of our press and our government, both of which I believe are at rock bottom.'
That was his grand announcement, and then he finished it up with, 'Terribly worrying for the entire UK.' Seriously Harry, terribly worrying for the entire UK? What is so worrying? You don't seem to understand that most people know what you mean when you said the government and the press are in bed together, and we also know exactly what you meant when you said that you're only motivated by a crusade as a quote, 'soldier upholding important values to save journalism as a profession.'
Harry is not concerned in the slightest about how the UK is being judged, and he shouldn't, considering that he and Megan have gone all out to engineer a vision of the UK as being full of these racists. Harry's only concern about the press is that it doesn't publish the sort of sycophantic nonsense that he and Megan feel they deserve a lot more of. Can you even remember the last time that Harry or Megan tried to sue one journalist who is most guilty of making stuff up as he goes along? Scooby-Doo! Harry cannot see shades of gray; he just goes after people. He claims that departments are evil, that papers are evil, and governments are boiling down to this and this alone.
It was the Daily Mail that came out with the story that Harry was suing the UK for his right to get free security, and it was also the Mail that showed that Harry had amended his claim to the Home Office to include an offer to pay for..."
Security after they had already published the original story which did not contain any such offer to pay. And then Harry denied that, and Harry wanted it all to be this big secret. So yes, he did want free security 24/7 wherever in the world he happened to be, and he wanted it all to be paid for by somebody else.
And of course, that story caused a lot of people to feel upset, and he didn't like that. When the Home Office refused Harry's request because you cannot pay for armed police protection in the UK, and none would be going abroad for Harry as he was no longer a working Royal, well, he decided to pitch a little fit like a toddler.
And according to Harry, that could only have been because the Press had told the government that he couldn't have free security or paid protection, and the government just couldn't stand up to the media. Sure, it couldn't have had anything to do with the fact that neither Harry nor Megan qualified as an IPP or a working Royal.
According to Harry, these are the reasons that he has been prevented from getting what he wants when he wants it, and this is why he, an unelected Royal Prince, thinks it's appropriate to denigrate the elected government and accuse them of being ruled by the Press instead of serving the electorate. And after referring to his father as HRH, just ask yourself in whose name is the government formed?
Well, that would be the king who, by being incorrectly addressed in such a casual way as a prince instead of a king, has also been lumped together with a government that Harry is convinced is run by this evil media. And just to think, there are two more opportunities for this toxic little idiot to spout his delusions in court that are coming our way soon.
So far, neither Harry nor Megan has had very good luck. The current trial is one way to stop Harry if it doesn't go his way. The two lawsuits that he has against the other news group stand alone, and I would think that the one covering the extinct News of the World is based on claims that are way outside the six-year statute of limitations.
The case in the U.S could be very interesting, and it could also prove that Harry committed perjury if he lied on his immigration application. So, I think maybe there are four opportunities to shut him down for good. At least, I hope so.
Homeland Security is also saying that application details are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, and so there's no reason they have to show them. Well, if they don't do it by tomorrow like the judge ordered or show why they shouldn't, then it all boils down to the judge.
I said outside court, 'It is in the public interest to find out if Harry lied on his application, if he committed perjury, or if Homeland Security exceeded their remit and offered him special treatment. Either way, once again, it looks like Harry's little suspicious brain has been caught in a trap.'
Homeland Security also, while insisting that they're not going to reveal private information, doesn't have any problem whatsoever revealing that they refused entry to people like Kate Moss or Nigella Lawson over their past drug use. So I guess it's only a secret when it comes to Harry.
He believes that he is so important that nobody's going to stand up to him and everyone will just believe every lie that comes out of his mouth. Harry showed himself up as the idiot that he really is, and he's always been that way. It only took one clever lawyer to show everybody how dumb Harry really is. Don't take on the big boys, Harry. You simply cannot compete.
And I'm curious about how many of them are going to be enjoying the spectacle of one of their own government departments being dragged through the mire and possibly even discovered to have acted illegally, all because Harry is so special. This suit certainly has legs to stand on. Now, the question is, are they going to show Harry the door, or will some poor guy in Homeland Security end up taking the fall? Only time will tell.
