In an interview with Australian TV, the mother of Princess Eugenie and Beatrice commended the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for their decision to step back from royal duties and relocate to the United States.
Ferguson described their move as "brave," emphasizing her admiration for individuals who stand firm in their beliefs.
During the interview with host Matt Shirvington, Sarah Ferguson stated, "I would never be one to make a comment on any other member of the Royal Family or anybody who does that. I just find anyone that stands very tall about their own beliefs is very brave, whoever it is."
Prince Harry and Meghan officially stepped down as senior working royals in 2020 and subsequently settled in the United States. In March, Sarah Ferguson shared her thoughts on Meghan during an interview with the Telegraph, mentioning that she had not met her extensively but found her to be beautiful.
She also expressed her joy over Meghan's impact on Prince Harry's happiness, remarking, "She has made Harry very happy, and that is so nice. Honestly, he's so happy with her. She really loves him. And I think that's beautiful."
