Meghan Anxious as Prince Harry Remarries Archie's Surrogate Mother to Preserve Son's Place in Succession

Meghan went to great lengths to ensure that her secret remained hidden from everyone. While she claimed to have given birth, it was widely known that this part of her story was fabricated.

However, according to an insider, the surrogate who carried the child had not undergone any testing at the time. In the days leading up to Meghan's supposed delivery, the couple had arranged for a DNA test using amniotic fluid, a standard practice for royal babies.

Since Archie's birth, there have been numerous suspicious and mysterious details surrounding the situation.

The royal family managed to keep these secrets under wraps by sealing all related documents, while Meghan paid off any potential witnesses who might have jeopardized the reputation of the institution.

It was crucial for Meghan to keep the truth hidden as it would affect the children's eligibility for the line of succession. Sources claim that Archie was born through a surrogate mother, while Lilibet was a borrowed child.

Recently, legal experts specializing in surrogacy and peerages, Sarah Williams, the legal director at Payne Hicks Beach, and Edward Bennett, a barrister at Hare Court Chambers, shed light on the legitimacy and illegitimacy of children in the 21st century.

Although family law has undergone reforms to remove barriers to inheritance or status based on illegitimacy, adoption, donor conception, or surrogacy, these reforms have largely excluded succession to titles. The situation becomes even more complicated when a child is born through a gestational surrogate.

Even when a married opposite-gender couple uses their own sperm and egg, the act of carrying and giving birth to the child through a surrogate disrupts the chain of succession. This longstanding fact supports claims that Archie and Lilibet were born through surrogates and do not have a legitimate claim to the line of succession.

Adding to the complexity, a source close to the royal insiders spread rumors that Prince Harry intends to distance himself from the surrogate who gave birth to Archie after divorcing Meghan. This decision is motivated by Harry's desire to maintain Archie's connection to the royal line.

According to UK law, if a surrogate is used, they are considered the child's legal parent at birth. If the surrogate is married or in a civil partnership, their spouse or civil partner becomes the child's second legal parent, unless they withhold their consent.

As Archie's biological mother is single, Harry would need to apply for legal parenthood in the UK. While the issue of the line of succession is separate, it is routine for Harry to marry the surrogate, thereby establishing him and the surrogate as Archie's biological parents. Megan's ability to blackmail the royal family using the child is no longer valid.

The regulations surrounding surrogacy and legitimacy vary from country to country, and the laws in the United Kingdom differ significantly from those in the United States. Megan seemingly assumed that all countries had similar laws to the US without conducting proper research, which may explain her alleged use of a surrogate in the US.

In the UK, surrogates must undergo an adoption process, which automatically disqualifies the child from the line of succession.

The irony of this situation lies in Megan's unwavering determination to retain her royal titles, despite her apparent doubts about her ability to conceive and carry a pregnancy to term naturally and have a vaginal birth. It is truly absurd that she holds onto these titles, which she implied meant little to her. Lady C touched upon this subject last week, suggesting that Megan cannot possibly come out on top due to the web of lies she has woven.
