Meghan Confronts Joe Rogan Over Podcast Mockery: Hollywood Flop Claims She Has Ruined Harry

Musical artists like Joni Mitchell and Neil Young have decided to remove their catalogs from Spotify, expressing their dissatisfaction with Joe Rogan, who hosts a controversial podcast on the platform, for spreading misinformation about COVID-19.

In a resurfaced podcast, Rogan made derogatory remarks about Meghan, adding more fuel to the fire and making it imperative for the couple to take drastic action.

He referred to Meghan as a little American hussy and expressed concerns that she would turn Prince Harry into a Kardashian. Rogan further stated, "That little American hussy has ruined my prince."

Reports indicate that Spotify abruptly terminated its $15 million podcast agreement with Harry and Meghan Markle, leaving the couple shown the door. Frustrated Spotify executives reportedly labeled them as grifters due to their lackluster performance. Despite their royal background, the duo's attempts to secure contracts with Spotify and Netflix were perceived as half-hearted at best.

Concerns now arise that their $20 million deal with Netflix may also be in jeopardy following their underwhelming performance. Insiders suggest that the couple is seeking new opportunities, aspiring to become internet influencers for fashion brands. However, companies are exercising caution, and allegations that Megan's voice was edited into podcast interviews further tainted their image.

Within a span of two and a half years, only 12 podcasts were produced, disappointing Spotify executive Bill Simmons, who publicly criticized the couple, branding them as grifters. This negative perception significantly hinders Harry and Meghan's pursuit of global prominence and A-list status in Hollywood.

Speculation about Megan signing a $15 million deal with Christian Dior shortly after the Spotify scandal was debunked by an insider at the fashion house. This fuels further speculation that the couple might have started the rumor themselves in the hope of securing a lucrative deal.

Their missteps have not only impacted their image but also their finances, with industry insiders predicting a loss of approximately $10 million following the termination of their Spotify deal.

Their lavish lifestyle, including a $14.5 million mansion in Montecito, yearly security costs of $2 million, and expenses for staffing, clothing, and travel, necessitate new sources of income. Additionally, their ongoing legal battles in the UK, challenging security measures and allegations of phone hacking, have proven to be a financial burden. Harry admitted on the stand that he lacks concrete evidence to support his claims.

As their popularity dwindles, they might consider relaunching Megan's lifestyle blog, The Tig, which she closed down in 2017 after her engagement to Harry. The aim would be to rival actress Gwyneth Paltrow's $200 million goop brand and the billion-dollar empire of the Kardashians.

The recent fallout with Spotify reflects a growing skepticism in Hollywood, with Kelly Osbourne expressing her disapproval of Harry's constant complaints. It is becoming evident that Hollywood is beginning to question the antics of the Sussexes. Although Archewell will continue creating content for Netflix, The Wall Street Journal has labeled the couple as a Hollywood flop.
