Meghan markle Accused of Cheating General Register Office with Archie's Birth Certificate

Meghan Markle recently opened up about her decision not to have her son Archie attend school in the UK, citing safety concerns as the primary reason. She expressed apprehension about her and Archie's safety, particularly in regards to school pickups, which she believed would turn into media spectacles with numerous photographers present.

Meghan shared her stance, emphasizing that it demonstrates her commitment to being a strong and responsible parent. Currently, Archie is attending preschool in Montecito, California. During a conversation with journalist Alison P Davies, Meghan spoke about her goals for the life she's creating in the US.

She mentioned how, if Archie were attending school in the UK, she would never be able to do simple school pickups and drop-offs without it turning into a high-profile event with the press swarming around them. She stressed that this concern is not about being obsessed with privacy but rather about protecting her child as any responsible parent would.

However, there have been some allegations against Meghan, suggesting that her claims about safety concerns might merely be an excuse. These accusations stem from her previous actions where she swiftly moved a child, who was not her own, out of England and into the US. Critics argue that this may raise questions about Archie's identity as he grows older, especially since neither public nor private schools in California are accepting him due to issues with his birth certificate and medical records.

Meghan has addressed these concerns, explaining that the palace has sealed Archie's records, making it difficult for her to provide the required documentation for school admissions in the US. In England and Wales, the General Register Office keeps public records of births, deaths, and marriages since 1837, and anyone can apply for a copy of a birth certificate as long as they have the necessary information.

However, Megan has claimed that the exact birth date of Archie is a secret, which may lead to suspicions of incorrect information being provided.

It's important to note that there are two types of birth certificates - the short form and the long form, which contains the parents' details. Speculations have arisen about Megan potentially removing her name from Archie's birth certificate to safeguard her privacy and avoid legal complications if she were to have used a surrogate in the US.

The US law would register only Megan as the mother in such a case, while in the UK, the surrogate would be legally recognized as the mother, requiring an adoption process to establish parental rights for Harry and Meghan.

Despite the controversies and challenges, Meghan remains steadfast in her commitment to protecting her child and providing him with a safe and nurturing environment. As Archie grows older, his parents will undoubtedly face questions and hurdles, but they are determined to handle them responsibly and with care.
