Meghan Markle Tells Prince Harry She Must Leave to Save Her Career, No Future Together

Meghan Markle has reportedly expressed concerns about her future and has been advised to separate from Prince Harry in order to salvage her career. According to an insider, she must take action now if she wants to regain control of her professional life.

The couple faced a significant setback last month when Meghan's Spotify contract was canceled after just one series. Speculation has since arisen about their next project, with some experts suggesting that the Duchess may pursue individual opportunities without Harry.

Meghan's team has warned her that there is no future for her career if she remains solely associated with the Sussex brand. They have advised her to focus on developing solo projects, as shared by an insider with Closer magazine.

The news of being dropped by Spotify reportedly left Meghan distraught, and she faced criticism from senior officers at the streaming service. Spotify's Head of Podcast Innovation and Monetization, Bill Simmons, expressed disappointment and implied that his involvement in the initial negotiations could have prevented certain issues.

The insider revealed that Meghan was taken aback by the public criticism from one of her executives, serving as a harsh reality check and highlighting the need for change to maintain her popularity.

It is said that the Sussexes are eager to receive approval for new projects before potentially losing their deal with Netflix. Royal columnist Alison Boshoff stated that Meghan and her team at Archewell are actively pitching ideas for movies and TV shows to Netflix until the deal expires in 2025.

Sources at Netflix suggest that Archewell has submitted proposals for various scripted content, including sitcoms and dramas, in addition to the previously reported Great Expectations-inspired show. Meghan is even said to be pitching herself to Bonnie Hammer, the NBC executive who gave her the opportunity to shine in the television series "Suits."

However, Netflix has denied rumors that the couple is at risk of losing their deal, emphasizing that the company deeply values its partnership with the Duke and Duchess.

A Netflix spokesperson told Entertainment Tonight that the relationship with Archewell Productions is highly regarded, with Harry and Meghan's documentary being hailed as one of Netflix's most exciting offerings to date.
