Ellen DeGeneres Catches Meghan Markle Sneaking Out of Montecito Alone, Seeking Refuge Ahead of Storm Hilary

The National Weather Service and the National Hurricane Center have issued forecasts indicating the potential impact of Hurricane Hilary on several counties in Central and Southern California, including Santa Barbara County. Anticipated effects encompass moderate to heavy rainfall, strong winds, coastal storm surges, erosion, and hazardous sea conditions.

These conditions could manifest locally as early as Sunday afternoon, specifically on August 20th. Additionally, a flood watch has been declared for the foothills above Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, Carpenteria, interior mountains, and the Eastern Santina's Mountain Range.

This watch is in response to the potential for substantial rainfall from Hurricane Hilary and will be in effect from 4 PM on Sunday, August 20th, until 10 AM on Monday, August 21st.

Ellen DeGeneres, who resides in the affluent town of Montecito, shared a video showcasing raging floodwaters near a home on her social media, emphasizing the need for greater respect for Mother Nature.

Reports have also emerged that Meghan Markle was seen leaving Montecito, although the circumstances are unclear. Notably, she was observed without her children. Some speculate that she may have sought refuge at a friend's residence amidst the approaching storm. Concerns are especially focused on the safety of her children, given the risky location of their mansion, the Olive Garden, which lies in a known mudslide zone.

In 2018, this area was devastated by a major mudslide, resulting in casualties, injuries, and extensive property damage. Questions arise regarding whether Meghan and Harry have insurance to cover potential mudslide damage, given the prohibitive costs associated with such high-risk areas.

There is speculation that Harry may not have been at the Olive Garden for an extended period, and he might find shelter in a separate luxury hotel, thus ensuring his safety during the storm. As for the children, there's discussion about them staying with nanny families to alleviate the burden on Meghan and Harry during this tumultuous time. Wishing safety for everyone, including the Harrys.

In other news, Meghan Markle has drawn criticism for an upcoming message she plans to deliver at the Invictus Games, where she will join Prince Harry. According to Prince Harry's biographer, Angela Levin, Meghan's message will likely focus on courage and resilience.

Levin finds this ironic, as she believes Meghan doesn't represent these qualities. Notably, Harry recently offered a teaser for his Netflix documentary centered around the Invictus Games, where Meghan was notably absent. Whether she will be absent from the actual show remains uncertain. Levin also observed that Harry appeared more like his former self in the teaser for the upcoming series.
