Social media expert Eric Schiffer weighed in on the matter, predicting that Meghan's Instagram handle could quickly ascend to become one of the most-followed accounts on the platform. In terms of earnings, Schiffer pointed out that celebrities like the Kardashians routinely command fees of $1 million or more for a single post when endorsing products. He sees no reason why Meghan couldn't achieve similar rates.
However, Schiffer did offer a word of caution to Meghan. He emphasized the importance of her being discerning in her choices and not appearing to endorse every product that comes her way.
According to him, she should align herself with quality brands and companies that align with her political and social beliefs to maintain her authenticity and credibility.
