In the documentary, the Duke candidly shared his feelings of isolation and pain, recalling the profound sense of loneliness he experienced at the tender age of 12. He opened up by stating, "The biggest struggle for me was no one around me really could help."
During that challenging period, he revealed, "I didn't have that support structure, that network, or that expert advice to identify what was actually going on with me." Prince Harry went on to acknowledge the trauma he endured from losing his mother at such a young age, admitting, "It was never discussed, and I didn't really talk about it; I suppressed it like most other youngsters would have done."
However, as time went on, he found that all those suppressed emotions began to resurface, causing him to feel overwhelmed. He described the experience as if he were "bouncing off the walls" and suddenly feeling everything instead of continuing to bury his emotions, a transformation that left him bewildered by the whirlwind of emotions he was now confronting.
