Meghan will join him on September 11, and the couple will stay in Germany until the conclusion of the Games on September 16. This timing means that they will be marking Prince Harry's birthday in Europe.
Interestingly, despite both brothers being in close proximity to one another around this significant date, it appears that a reunion is not on the cards. On September 19, Prince William will embark on a solo trip to New York to attend the Earthshot Prize Innovation Summit, just days after his younger brother's birthday celebration. Their ongoing strained relationship seems to show no signs of thawing anytime soon.
The last time the public saw Prince Harry and Prince William together was at the funeral of their late grandmother in 2022. During this solemn occasion, they walked side by side in several processions, reflecting a united front despite their differences.
More recently, in May, the brothers were in the same space during the Coronation of their father, King Charles III. However, they were not seated together and reportedly did not engage in conversation throughout the day.
It's worth noting that Prince Charles was initially scheduled to make the trip to the United States for the inaugural summit last year. However, those plans changed following the Queen's passing in September, and the royal family entered a period of mourning. As a result, William's rescheduled trip to the US, without the company of his wife, Kate Middleton, is now set to occur next month, merely four days after Prince Harry's 39th birthday.
