During a conversation with competitors participating in the games, which is featured in the third episode of the series, Harry delivers a candid message. He says, "So, when you are out there, giving your all, striving for that medal, or simply enjoying yourself, and in the process, making your family incredibly proud."
Harry acknowledges the emotional intensity of these moments, saying, "When you feel that lump in your throat, and you sense tears welling up, then just go ahead and let those emotions out."
The Duke of Sussex also offers words of encouragement, expressing his gratitude: "Listen, I want to thank you all for putting your heart and soul into this. You wore that uniform every day, and for various reasons, that uniform had to be hung up," he acknowledges.
"Prince Harry’s Heart of Invictus" made its debut on Netflix on August 30, arriving just ahead of this year's scheduled Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany.
